An additional tourism tax of Euro 2,- per adult and night applies on all prices

Reductions for children are valid in room with two full paying adults as followed:

• Up to 2 years old:free of charge (we supply a complimentary baby bed and seat)
• 3 – 6 years old: Euro 38,- per day
• 7 – 15 years old: 30% reduction
• 16 and older: 10% reduction

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-In starts at 02:00 P.M. on your date of arrival – should you arrive earlier, we can store your luggage safely. If possible, we can provide early check-in based on availibility. On your departure day, we kindly ask you to check-out by 11:00 A.M. Feel free to ask if we can offer a late check-out based on availibility aswell.

PETS
You are welcome to bring your pet along. The charge is Euro 16,- per day and pet without any food. Please note that pets are not allowed in our dining room and pool/sauna area for hygene reasons.

EARLY DEPARTURE – NO SHOW
Please note that we cannot offer any refunds or reductions for early departures or no-shows. We recommend to book a travel insurance for such cases.

NON-SMOKING HOTEL
For the sake of your health and ours – smoking is not permitted within the hotel, the restaurant, the rooms and the pool area. We do however offer designated smoking areas outside our hotel and restaurant.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation:
The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged 70% of the total price if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
No-show Policy:
If the guest doesn't show up they will be charged the total price.

PAYMENT TERMS
At the end of your stay, you will recieve an invoice with all consumed extras and fees. We accept cash payments, bancomat cards aswell as VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards.
To guarantee your reservation, we kindly ask for a down-payment of up to 30% of your booking total.
