Mutters is situated on a flat, wonderful sun-plateau, 6 km south of Innsbruck, at an altitude of 820 to over 900 meters above sea level, and 300 meters altitude difference to the Tyrolean Olympic-city.
And the Sonnhof has a great, very beautiful indoor swimming pool (11 m X 4 m), a Finnish health-sauna and its own ping-pong table and children's play room.
On the south-side of the indoor swimming pool big sliding windows enable the direct access to the sunny lawn and the garden terrace.
And the 300 sunny days per year, more than 2.000 hours of sunshine per year, distinguish the Sonnhof. The hotel is situated close to the center of town in an extremely quiet and open location at the end of a private road.
There is a large, level car park for guests. And there's an additional attraction: It's only 5 minute's walk to the nearest stop of the little electric Stubaital railway which runs smoothly and quietly beside fresh meadows and fields as far as the outskirts, and even to the centre of Innsbruck in just 20 to 30 minutes. In the price for an overnight stay with breakfast as well as with half- or full board the free of charge hotel parking lost, the free of charge indoor swimming pool and sauna use are included.
And what about the use of our beautiful and large Hotel indoor pool- you are totally independent from the weather, you can have bathing- fun the whole day long, at any weather-condition without having to spent an extra cent. You simply stroll from your room to the indoor swimming pool.
